Process 01

Laser cutting with fibre and CO₂ technology

With two laser technologies, we choose the right process for each material and component. We cut steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass and copper, either as individual parts or as a preliminary stage for bending, welding and assembly.

Process 02

Press brake bending up to 3,000 mm

Because laser cutting and bending take place under one roof, we coordinate flat patterns and bending sequences directly with each other. Four press brakes give us the flexibility to run orders and series in parallel.

Process 03

Roll bending

For shells, cylinders and segments, we have three roll bending machines with different numbers of rolls. Where required, rolled parts go straight on to welding and assembly.

Process 04

Robotic and manual welding

Our robots weld recurring series with consistent weld quality. One-offs, samples and complex structures are produced by experienced welders at 30 manual stations.

Process 05

Surface finishing

From deburring and edge rounding to automatic shot blasting and painting, we finish surfaces in-house. You receive finished parts without the need for an additional service provider.

Process 06

Assembly of components and modules

Our own manufactured parts are turned into ready-to-install assemblies. You order one item instead of many and reduce your own assembly and logistics effort.

Materials

Materials with carbon steel/stainless steel separation

We process stainless steel and carbon steel separately. This prevents extraneous rust caused by ferrous contamination on stainless steel parts.

Carbon steel / steel

For structural and mechanical engineering components.

Stainless steel

Processed separately from carbon steel.

Non-ferrous metals

Aluminium as well as copper alloys such as brass and copper.
