From in-house product development to manufacturing partner
For decades, we developed our own products and manufactured them in series. Today, this knowledge of design, series start-up and quality goes into contract manufacturing for industrial customers.

Machines, processes and standards create the conditions. Whether a component fits in the end is decided by the people who programme, bend, weld, inspect and assemble it.
That is why our more than 100 employees are the most important asset of Max Blank GmbH. Their experience and expertise are the reason we do not just promise quality, but deliver it consistently.
Experience and expertise
Much of what makes a good component is not written in any work instruction: the right bending sequence, a clean weld in a hard-to-reach spot, an eye for when something is not right. This knowledge is carried by our skilled workforce.

Our employees take responsibility for the results of their work. They raise deviations before a part moves on to the next operation. This keeps quality predictable, from sample to series.
Training and development
New equipment, materials and customer requirements are changing the work in production. That is why we continuously support training and professional development, so that skills keep pace with technology.
